1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KRE8IVEZ website (kre8ivez.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2. Services

KRE8IVEZ provides creative and digital services including, but not limited to:

•Website and app development
•Branding and visual identity design
•Digital marketing and SEO
•AI-powered content creation (video, music, copy)
•Company profile design
•Social media management

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon separately in a written proposal or contract before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

•Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
•Supply necessary materials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner
•Ensure you have the rights to any content or assets you provide to us
•Make payments according to the agreed schedule
•Not use our deliverables for unlawful purposes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project proposal or agreement. Generally:

•A deposit is required before work commences
•Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as per milestones agreed
•Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received
•All prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise

We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

KRE8IVEZ retains ownership of:

•All work-in-progress files and source materials until full payment is made
•Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or processes used in production
•The right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Any significant changes to project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing, and project details, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

KRE8IVEZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to client delays in providing approvals or materials.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination:

•The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
•KRE8IVEZ will deliver all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payment
•Deposits are non-refundable unless KRE8IVEZ is unable to commence work

10. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party platforms, tools, or services (e.g. hosting providers, domain registrars, software subscriptions). KRE8IVEZ is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of third-party services. Any costs associated with third-party services are the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the project proposal.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
